THE CHALLENGE

Tupy contracts the supply of various items, distributed in materials and services, in order to meet the purchasing flows of its 6 business units. For this reason, we have a network of around 5,000 suppliers around the world and a base of more than 200,000 SKUs.

The large number and diversity of suppliers and items make purchasing processes complex, from supplier management to negotiations. In this scenario, the current challenge aims to find innovative solutions that make it possible to improve and simplify purchasing processes.

EXPECTED SOLUTION LEVEL
