Tupy initiates a selection process for young apprentices

A total of 90 positions are available for candidates from 18 to 22 years old who are attending or have completed their high school education and are available to work from Monday to Friday, during business hours

 

Tupy, a Brazilian multinational based in Joinville, initiated a selection process for its Young Apprentice program. The program, carried out in partnership with Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (Senai), offers free theoretical training in Quality and Machining, in addition to on-the-job  training at the Company during 12 months.

 

The candidates hired from the selection process will receive a remuneration of R$ 1,363.00 and benefits, such as transportation, meals, dental care, in addition to life insurance, Christmas gifts and payroll deductible options for medication and grocery purchases.

 

Applications must be submitted via Tupy’s website by January 19, 2022. The selection process will have on-line and in-person stages and the hiring process and classes at Senai are expected to start start in March 2022. People with Disabilities (PCDs) may submit applications for all the positions being offered.
